PROBLEM:
Hospitals and cancer centers faced long lead times, high costs, and logistical risks in centralized CAR‑T cell therapy manufacturing. Each patient required highly personalized, time-sensitive treatments — yet the system was built for bulk manufacturing.

SOLUTION:
I designed and led the development of the MIRCOD PoC system, a modular GMP‑compliant device enabling on-site, decentralized gene-modified drug production using existing hospital infrastructure. The system included:

• - Microfluidic biochips and Bioreactors for single-patient manufacturing
• - Onboard automated thermal, pH, and gas regulation
• - Secure cloud connectivity for audit trails and AI optimization
• - User-friendly interface for hospital staff and clinicians

RESULTS:
